How quickly can we get set up?
Most clubs are live within 24 hours. You send us your fleet details and member list — we handle the rest, then hand you the keys.
Do members need to download an app?
No app store needed. Members open the link in their phone browser and tap "Add to Home Screen" — it works exactly like a native app.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Every club gets a custom domain (e.g. fleet.yourclub.co.uk). Members never see the word Nauticore unless you want them to.
What happens when a booking is cancelled?
Any member on the waitlist is automatically notified and given 30 minutes to claim the slot. If they don't, the next person is contacted.
Can we track fuel costs per member?
Yes. Admins log litres and cost per trip. You can filter all unbilled sessions and send itemised statements with one click.
Is our data shared with other clubs?
